Guitar Experience
As a guitarist & guitar teacher in Trafford & Sale I have done professional studio session work playing electric guitar, acoustic guitar, classical guitar and bass. I have recorded/toured with original rock bands and performed as a solo acoustic guitarist.
I’ve Have taught one to one guitar lessons for 6 years and I also teach group guitar lessons. Recently I have been coaching bands, helping them to play together as a group more effectively.
Recently I have been asked to teach music theory to other musicians including keyboardists, drummers and vocalists.
I also have experience delivering lectures on songwriting and stage presence.

I am an energetic and enthusiastic guitar teacher that really cares about helping the student reach their individual goals.
I can show my students exactly how to develop the techniques required to play like your favourite bands/guitarists.
I often let the students choose which songs they want to learn and help them develop their own style of improvisation.
I am very patient and am happy to teach students of all ages from complete beginner to advanced level.

I enjoy playing and teaching all styles of music including rock, pop, blues, jazz, folk, metal, funk and world music styles.
My two main specialties as a guitarist are complex finger style techniques lead guitar and improvisation.
