1. Confidentiality
Information you supply to us is completely confidential and will not be shared or sold.

2. Change of Tutors
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your guitar tutor, you may either call the Agency for a change of tutor or contact another guitar teacher from the list of teachers in your area.

3. Collection of Payment
Upon completion of the guitar lesson, your guitar teacher will collect the agreed lesson cost.
Lesson fees are negotiated between yourself and the individual guitar teacher. Best Pick has no say over the cost of the lessons.

4. Responsibilities
Our tutors take their tuition assignments seriously. They should arrive punctually or let you know in good time if they have to postpone the lesson or if they expect to be late. Please let us know if you have any problems with tutor attendance or punctuality.

5. Commissions
Best Pick Guitar Teaching Agency collects a £20 commission from the guitar teacher after the first paying lesson is completed with the student.
